Tuition / Fees

 

Pre-School Program * Rates effective as of July 1, 2020 for 2-3 years old, and September 1, 2020 for Pre-K to Kindergarten

Inscription Fee: $200 annually (*NON-REFUNDABLE)

Toddlers (2-3 years)

5 Days:                                     $950 per month

If applicable, Meals Charge =  $100 per month

 

Pre-K & Kindergarten * Children must turn 4 years old by December 31st to enroll in Pre-K.

Kindergarten, 5 Days:                                                         $750 per month

Kindergarten Registration, Books, and Trip Fee:   $400 for the year ($200 Registration, $140 Textbooks, $60 Field Trips Fee)                                                                                                                    (*NON-REFUNDABLE)

Pre-K Extended Day Services:                        $450 per month

Extended Day Registration & Books:    $315 for the year ($200 Registration, $115 Textbooks) (*NON-REFUNDABLE)

 

Elementary Program (Grades 1-5)

Inscription Fee:                      $500 annually (*NON-REFUNDABLE)

1 Child w/o After School:      $6,500 annually

1 Child w/After School:         $7,800 annually

After School

Inscription Fee:       $100 annually (*NON-REFUNDABLE)

School-Age Care:   $330 monthly

 

Late Fee(s):

There is a late fee of $30 if tuition payments are made after the 5th of the month.  If payments are not received by the 15th of the month, your childcare/elementary school services will be suspended.  There is a $100 reinstatement fee ($50 for After School) after any suspension in addition to the outstanding balance.

 

Late Pick Up Fees:

There is a $1 per minute late pick up fee after the closing of your child's program.

 

Acceptable Forms of Payment: 

Payments can be made in cash, money order, credit/debit card or certified check.  Please note: There is a service charge for making payments with a credit/debit card. (Visa/MasterCard/American Express Only).  All payments must be made payable to: CECC.
