Summer Session 2010 A completed application must be submitted with a deposit which includes the registration fee of $100 plus 50% of your summer camp fee. This deposit is refundable until May 14, 2010 (minus the $100 registration fee). All balances are due on or before May 14, 2010. Campers who register after May 14, 2010 are accommodated if space is available and must pay the increased camp rates. All camp physicals must be completed and returned before June 28th, 2010 for your camper to attend camp. Incomplete applications will be returned.

Remit application with payment to: Cortelyou Day Camp • 1110 Cortelyou Road, Brooklyn, NY 11218 PAYMENTS ACCEPTED: Cash, Checks, Money Orders, Credit & Debit Card (Master & Visa) & Bank Checks ONLY (after 5/14/10)!! Credit Card Charges: Summer Camp fees are charged a $7.50 processing fee for fees under $500, $15 processing fee for fees $999 and under, and $30 processing fees for charges $1000 and over. Similarly, a $2.50 processing fee is applied per Amusement Park ticket charged to a credit card.
*Don’t forget the Early Bird Special! Pay your camper’s entire camp stay by April 5th, 2010 and your camper's registration fee will be waived.
